c)

Two pharmacologists to to be nominated by the Federal Government 

* Col . Muzzamil Hassan      Najmi,
   Professor of    Pharmacology    and    Head of Department,
   Army Medical College,    Rawalpindi.

* Prof. Shahnawaz,
   Professor of    Pharmacology    and Head of the    Department,    Ayub Medical College,    Abbottabad.
 

d)

One Pharmacist to be nominated the Federal Government   

Mr. Muhammad Latif Sheikh,
Director Pharmacy,
Aga Khan Hospital University,
Karachi.
 

e)

One medical specialist from the Army Medical Corps to be nominated to the Federal Government.
 

Lt. Col. Aslam Khan,
Pulmonologist,
Army Medical College, Rawalpindi.

f)

One Pharmaceutical chemist or expert in quality control, to be nominated by the Federal Government

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jamshed,
Chairman Faculty of Pharmacy,
Punjab University,
Lahore.
 

g)

The Drugs Controller Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan  who shall be its Ex-officio Secretary

h)

One representative not bellow the status of an officer of BPS-19 of each of the Ministries of Commerce, Industries and Justice, to be nominated by the Federal Government;

Cost Accountant of the Ministry of Health
 

 

k)

One physician to be nominated by the Federal Government;

One surgeon to be nominated by the Federal Government

Dr. I.U. Beg,
Associate Surgeon,
Federal Government Services Hospital,
Islamabad.
 

m) Two experts in veterinary medicine, to be nominated of the Ministry of Food ,Agriculture and Live stock; and Dr. Ijaz Ahmed
Associate Professor,
University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences,
Lahore

n) One expert biological drugs, to be nominated by the Federal Government  

     The members other than ex-officio are appointed for three years and are eligible for re-nomination. The member can resign any time or vacate his office if the Federal Government, In the public interest directs to do so.
     All the members have the powers of an Inspector, under this Act.
